How I store the information collected

If you send me an email message with an enquiry or request, I will store that email within my email account, which is hosted securely with my email account service provider Siteground. I will store the email for as long as is required to deal with your enquiry or request.

 

How I keep your data secure

I have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, I limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business / legitimate need to know. They will only process your personal data on my instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

I will continue to retain any information collected from a User of this Service as long as is needed to fulfil my contract with the User and to provide the service the User has requested.
